Omega Lamplighters is an organization committed to empowering young men in the Shreveport-Bossier area, particularly those in middle and high school, to cultivate their leadership skills across all aspects of life. Notable past members include exceptional athletes, student government leaders, and scholars. Through a variety of engaging activities and workshops, Omega Lamplighters lead projects that teach young men about planning, execution, idea reporting, and embodying positive leadership traits aimed at elevating their aspirations. All programs and activities are structured around four core phases: Leadership, academics, maturity, and Perseverance.
